Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Coordinator Specialist to manage product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects. The ideal candidate will ensure printed packaging materials meet regulatory, quality, customer, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) and End-of-Lifecycle processes
  • Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for printed materials during audits and investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
  • Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
  • Coach and mentor project team members

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labelling requirements (highly desirable)
