Job Role

As a Debt Recovery Specialist you will be responsible for optimising the collection of overdue accounts across various regions. You will work closely with our teams to develop and implement strategies that ensure timely and efficient payment processing while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis to identify potential areas of recovery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including account managers and debt collectors
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth through strategic recoveries and account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall business performance

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
