**The opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced client service/customer service professional to join our Insurance Recoveries team, where you'll play a key role in identifying and managing complex motor and property insurance recoveries. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on business outcomes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

**Your new role**
- Determine and initiate the most appropriate investigations and assessments to maximise recovery opportunities and business outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic recovery claims approaches that align with QBE’s business development and profitability goals.
- Lead the optimisation of complex motor recoveries, including the strategic use of legal and specialist resources.
- Analyse complex and high-value claims to identify and pursue viable recovery opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including brokers and business partners—to enhance outcomes, influence, and brand reputation.
- Continuously improve recovery processes by leveraging insights that align with the evolving needs of customers, partners, and the broader business.

**About you**
- Professional experience preferably in a client service/insurance/liability/legal or operations-based position will be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of the end-to-end general Insurance business, particularly claims (desirable)
- Must be able to multitask and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- A high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to operate multiple systems
