We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of customer payments and transactions, communicating effectively with customers, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a professional and courteous manner, identifying and pursuing opportunities to collect outstanding debts, utilizing negotiation and problem-solving skills as needed, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and disputes
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about their accounts
  • Pursue opportunities to collect outstanding debts, using negotiation and problem-solving skills as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
