Job Title: Digital Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role

The role of Digital Process Improvement Specialist is a critical part of our organisation's efforts to enhance business processes and increase efficiency.

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of digital forms.
  • Evaluate and improve form development practices and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions.
  • Continuously assess and refine the forms management process based on user feedback.

This position requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge in JavaScript and Java. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex problems with ease and provide simple digital solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives:

  • Analyse and improve business processes to increase efficiency and standardise corporate forms.
  • Collaborate with enabling partners to identify and influence process improvements and design workflow solutions.

Secondary Objectives:

  • Design, develop, and maintain digital forms.
  • Ensure best practices in form development and user experience.
  • Integrate forms with other digital solutions.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical expertise in JavaScript and Java.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at Baseline Vetting level.
