Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process-centric business solutions using Appian software.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration.

You will work closely with our team to analyze client business strategies, develop technical solutions to support their business goals, and design prototypes to model business processes.

Additionally, you will implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and roll-out plans to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of at least one coding language and experience applying that learning
  • Superior academic success
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid foundation of or love for technology
  • Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies
