Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the implementation of a new case management system for a government client.

This is an excellent chance for experienced analysts to work on a complex digital project and drive improvements in systems and processes that support regulatory work.

Your New Role

Reporting to the IT Program Manager, you will lead business requirement analysis, functional needs documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, operational teams, delivery partners, and technical specialists to develop and validate current and future state process maps, business rules, and user stories.

Key Accountabilities
  • Leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional needs, and process improvements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support training, change, and adoption activities.
  • Contributing to solution design by applying a strong understanding of solution architecture, data flows, and business logic.
Requirements for Success
  • Experience as a senior or lead business and solution analyst on complex digital projects.
  • Proven expertise in Agile delivery environments.
  • A commitment to driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
