Key Roles and Responsibilities

Exceptional Customer Engagement:

  • To deliver superior sales and service experiences for trade customers.

  • Collaborate with Channel Manager and local store managers to establish effective business relationships with target customers.

  • Understand customer needs, proactively resolve issues, and identify opportunities to grow their spend with our organization.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve sales targets through innovative and proactive approaches.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales and/or customer management experience (preferably in the automotive industry).

  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment within a high-performance sales team and customer-centric culture.

  • Experience using CRM systems.
