Role Overview

The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable interactions.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver genuine service and create meaningful moments with customers.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to contribute to positive sales outcomes.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards in the showroom and merchandising areas.
  • Process stock; receive, dispatch, and store merchandise efficiently.

Note: this role may require physical activity such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
