Sales Community Specialist Role Overview

This is a sales and business development position where you will be responsible for growing Apple products and services in partner stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and conduct product demonstrations to customers
  • Train partner staff on the latest Apple products and services portfolio
  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem
Requirements
  • Availability to work a regular schedule at our partner stores, reliably attending work as scheduled
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, challenges, and concerns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to connect and influence the right people inside and outside of Apple
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of customer business needs, challenges, and concerns
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for Apple's products and services
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
