Key Account Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Strategist to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market share for our pet food brand.

As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with key national retailers, including Woolworths and Big W. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute customer business plans that achieve required volume, profit, and share outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in key account management or executive roles within FMCG, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver on business strategy. You will also need to possess superior communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret external data.

  • Developing and Executing Customer Business Plans: Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve market share, and increase revenue.
  • Building and Maintaining Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including national retailers, to ensure effective collaboration and mutual understanding of goals and objectives.
  • Managing National Promotional Programs: Design and execute national promotional programs that meet business objectives, such as increasing sales volume, improving market share, and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Preparing and Presenting Quarterly Business Reviews: Develop and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
