
Strategic Account Manager

This role involves overseeing the development and launch of a strategic account services program. The goal is to transition the program from pilot to full-scale public launch, requiring leadership skills and business acumen.
- Program Development and Launch:
- Lead the strategic transition of the program, defining and driving its long-term vision and strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including setting goals and KPIs for the team and program.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Directly recruit, manage, and mentor a team of professionals, aiming to reach a total of 20 members by the end of the year.
- Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the division, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
- Set goals and KPIs for the team and program, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Seller Relationship Management:
- Act as the senior point of contact for key strategic accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-added services to sellers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and increase revenue streams.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring PnL ownership and financial accountability.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain robust reporting systems to track program performance, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
