Job Description

This pivotal role will require you to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, driving financial performance, and implementing strategic marketing plans to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our spa team to deliver five-star service
  • Monitor financial performance by managing stock, controlling costs, profit, and loss expenses, and wages through effective staffing levels
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans to meet sales targets
  • Recruit, develop, and train our spa team, including performance reviews
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achieved

  • A strong understanding of spa operations and team management, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Previous experience in the beauty field, with a deep appreciation for wellness and luxury services
  • Previous leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams towards collective success
  • A passionate and driven individual, committed to providing exceptional guest service and creating unforgettable moments of indulgence
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, embracing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and prioritizing operational excellence
