Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa team at The Darling Hotel.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end spa operations, team management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  2. Manage spa operations, including financial performance, stock control, and staff rostering.
  3. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive spa sales and revenue growth.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop spa staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing high-end spa operations, team management, and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage financial performance, stock control, and staff rostering.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
