Located within the luxurious Darling Hotel, our spa offers guests the ultimate relaxation experience. Featuring 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couple's suites, relaxation lounge as well as a steam room jacuzzi, we provide a comprehensive range of face and body treatments to leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed head to toe.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at The Darling Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional massage and body treatments using leading skin care brands, ensuring our guests receive world-class service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Luxurious Spa Treatments: Perform a wide range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, and speciality therapies, with exceptional skill and attention to detail.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure you provide cutting-edge services.
  • Engage with Guests: Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment.
  • Contribute to Ambiance: Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma or nationally recognised qualification in one or more forms of massage.
  • Qualifications in beauty therapy, highly regarded.
  • Experience within a spa environment, preferably in a 5-star facility.
  • Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation.
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
