As the Luxury Spa Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, drive guest service excellence, and manage financial performance, ensuring there is a level of service where guests leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.

Located within the luxurious Darling Hotel, The Darling Spa offers an unparalleled spa experience. Featuring 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couple's suites, a relaxation lounge, and a steam room jacuzzi, our spa provides a comprehensive range of face and body treatments.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the spa team to deliver five-star service
  • Monitoring financial performance by managing stock, controlling costs, profit, and loss expenses, and wages through effective staffing levels
  • Designing strategic marketing plans to meet sales targets
  • Recruiting, developing, and training the spa team (including performance reviews)
  • Communicating with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achieved

We seek a strong understanding of spa operations and team management, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Previous experience in the beauty field, with a deep appreciation for wellness and luxury services, is highly valued. A passionate and driven individual, committed to providing exceptional guest service and creating unforgettable moments of indulgence, is essential.

A salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits, awaits the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of spa operations and experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury spa. This role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Hotels at The Star.
