About the Role

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Premium and Credit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the Premium and Credit teams, and assisting with debt collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the Premium and Credit teams with administrative tasks, including generating letters and formal correspondence
  • Utilize Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes, and contact notes
  • Assist with debt collection and provide support to customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
