Senior Premium and Credit Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide professional and customer-focused premium and credit management services for our Workers Compensation clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process renewals and annual adjustments to premium
- Identify and report risks that may adversely impact the business
- Understand and comply with policies and procedures around securing and handling company and client information
- Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by management
- Analyze and forecast client premium projections
- Answer premium-related queries via telephone, written correspondence, or client visits
- Maintain employer information and workplace details
- Accurately assess and allocate Workers Compensation Industry Classifications, Premium Calculations, Succession & Grouping
- Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines
- Create arrangements for premium repayment in line with GBS and VWA guidelines
- Comply with the Accident Compensation Act 1985, Premiums Order, and other relevant legislative requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Proactively manage the debtor position to maintain external business relationships
- Attend internal and external training courses to update technical knowledge and personal development
- Control the value, number, age, and proportion of outstanding premium while maintaining scheme benchmarks
- Investigate legal recovery action as required
- Accept and complete other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Team Manager and Operations Manager
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Industry-specific qualifications highly regarded
- Coaching and mentoring skills highly regarded
