About the Role

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Senior Premium and Credit Account Manager to provide professional and customer-focused premium and credit management services for Workers Compensation clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing renewals and annual adjustments to premium, identifying and reporting risks that may adversely impact the business, and maintaining employer information and workplace details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process renewals and annual adjustments to premium
  • Identify and report risks that may adversely impact the business
  • Maintain employer information and workplace details
  • Accurately assess and allocate Workers Compensation Industry Classifications, Premium Calculations, Succession & Grouping
  • Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Comply with the Accident Compensation Act 1985, Premiums Order, and other relevant legislative requirements

About You

We are looking for a candidate with Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of general business and administrative practices. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a client service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and PC literacy with database and Microsoft Office skills.
