Software Incident Specialist

At imc AG, we're seeking a skilled Software Incident Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll provide expert technical support to our customers across the APAC region using our cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer support for timely and professional issue resolution
  • Conduct root cause analysis, resolve tickets, and provide workarounds or route to hosting/software development teams
  • Coordinate incident analysis and resolution efforts between teams
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our Enterprise software platform
  • Share expertise by creating customer help documentation

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' technical experience in a support/management role
  • IT support experience, log/error analysis, and SQL/HTML/XML/CSS/Java skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team skills
  • Ability to motivate and influence others
  • IT-related degree or qualification
