About the position:

This role is suited for an experienced Incident Manager with a strong track record of incident resolution. The successful candidate will lead incident resolution journeys, drive process enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with DRP, BCP, and auditing protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar position, preferably in an ISP/telecommunications provider
  • Proficient in IT service management, process development, and internal/external communications
  • ITIL framework certification
  • This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, or Adelaide
  • Australian Citizenship required due to clearance needs
