Software Incident Specialist

Join imc AG, a leading learning technology and content provider, in a challenging role that requires technical expertise and excellent communication skills. As a Software Incident Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and incidents for customers across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead for customer technical support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues and incidents.
  • Undertake root cause analysis of technical tickets and provide workarounds or alternate solutions where necessary.
  • Coordinate incident analysis and resolution efforts between teams, including service desk, hosting, and software development.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Enterprise level software platform.
  • Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating customer help documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of technical experience in a support or management role.
  • Support experience in the IT environment, with knowledge of log and error analysis of web applications.
  • Practical experience in working with SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, and Java.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others to achieve best outcomes.
