Job Title: Product Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Specialist. As a key member of our Digital & Automation business line, you will contribute to the growth and customer success of our healthcare IT solutions across ANZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical marketing and sales support for our digital health products. You will collaborate with account managers to maintain contact with customers and follow up on promotional activities to improve communication and stimulate market need for our healthcare IT solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and identify the competitive advantage of our products, educating colleagues and customers on these advantages.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and clients to design, quote, and deploy tailored healthcare IT solutions, ensuring seamless system workflows and hands-on support through implementation and go-live.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the digital impact on medical imaging markets including public hospitals and private practices.
  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant clinical areas (CT, MR, MI, Cardiac) and relevant clinical or industry experience.
  • High-level presentation and interpersonal skills.
