Lead HCM Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead HCM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of logistics and delivering exceptional results.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve functional excellence and deliver consistent alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EC and ECP modules, integrated with other HCM systems.
  • Provide expert support to HR, Payroll, and Shared Services teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll solutions, including certification in SAP Success Factors and SAP ECC Payroll (AU or NZ) modules.
  • Extensive experience in system implementations and IT Production Support, as well as reporting skills using BI/BO, Fiori, or HANA.
