Strategic HCM Solutions Expert

The Senior People Systems Project Analyst plays a key role in driving the implementation of a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. This position requires active engagement with stakeholders across the organization, participation in requirements and design workshops, and ensuring data integrity through validation and remediation efforts.
The analyst will develop and execute test cases for user acceptance testing, coordinate with stakeholders for successful solution delivery, and maintain robust documentation. They will present critical insights and risks, lead knowledge transfer sessions, and support process documentation to ensure a smooth transition to future state systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the implementation of a cloud-based HCM solution
- Ensure data integrity through validation and remediation efforts
- Develop and execute test cases for user acceptance testing
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in contemporary HCM systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail. They must be adept at transforming data from various sources into actionable insights while maintaining a thorough understanding of People & Culture processes, systems, and regulations.
The candidate should also have knowledge about system integrations, including APIs and middleware, and excel in stakeholder management, collaborative relationship building, and the creation of user guides, process documentation, system specifications, and providing training and support to users.
