Workday HCM Analyst

The Workday HCM Analyst will play a key role in configuring and enhancing the Workday Human Capital Management platform across core modules including Human Resource Management, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.
  • Provide expert technical support via the ticketing system, including issue prioritization, resolution development, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements, and implement solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts on the business and executing thorough system testing.
  • Maintain clear and accurate system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.

Opportunities for further Workday training and certification are also available.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in dynamic, complex environments. Experience with HCM integrations and Workday HCM certifications are highly valued.
