Job Title:
Floor Operations Manager

About the Role:
This position oversees daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of hospitality best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Implement and maintain high service standards throughout the property.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage and train staff, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in front office systems, such as Opera and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid knowledge of front office procedures and hospitality best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
