Coldbuster Floor Heating is the leading Australian brand in electric floor heating, located in a comfortable office/warehouse in Frenchs Forest on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We pride ourselves on our great reputation and on running a team with dedication, friendliness, and a family feels.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing effective and efficient operations, allowing the owners the freedom and time to do as they wish, both inside and outside the business.

**Duties include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Primary - undertake all functions to ensure the business is running smoothly throughout operations:

- Ensure all services are provided timely and by company requirements
- Maximise productivity and minimize cost within operations
- Enforce all relevant rules, standards, and procedures across the business
- Build professional rapport within the company and with clients
- Oversee and ensure all staff perform their duties and responsibilities effectively, providing advice and guidance when necessary
- Ensure labor requirements are appropriately managed
- Oversee office functions
- Troubleshooting
- Add value where opportunities arise, such as improving systems, etc
- Be hands-on at times, ie do whatever needs to be done (in conjunction with the other employees)
- Act with passion/interest as if it is his/her own business
- Specific tasks/projects for Owners from time to time
- Secondary - assist with:

- Any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type
- Being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

**Requirements**:

- Strong people management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an operations management or supervisory role
- A positive attitude, possessing a high level of courtesy and professionalism
- The ability to coordinate operations in an efficient and effective manner
- Flexibility, adaptability, and versatility to handle changing work requirements
- Acute listening, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and eye for detail
- Genuine willingness to help others
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
