We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities on our floors.

This key role involves supervising staff, ensuring seamless customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all floor activities, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management.

- Ensure that public areas and floors are clean and well-maintained at all times.

- Assign tasks to room attendants and ensure that their duties are completed efficiently.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, supplies, and other essential information.

- Collaborate with the front office team to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience as a Floor Supervisor (preferred).

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
