We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our Measure & Quote team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding day-to-day operations, supporting and developing team members, and leading by example.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in flooring or construction who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy a balance of leadership, collaboration, and customer interaction, driving performance while helping shape the success within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Measure & Quote team to ensure high performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training to Measure & Quote Specialists to ensure consistency in service delivery and adherence to process standards
  • Monitor team workload, scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning for team members

The ideal candidate will have experience in the flooring or construction industry, with a strong understanding of installation, sales, or quoting – whether in a retail showroom or as part of on-the-road measure and quoting. You will combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering excellent results.

  • Proven experience in leadership roles within the flooring or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of installation, sales, or quoting processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
