Job Title: Experienced Administrative Coordinator

About the Role


This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced administrative coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting agenda preparation, scheduling and coordination with third parties, organizing documents in Google Drive, following up on tasks and projects with various stakeholders, gathering data from dashboards and reports, and tracking teammate special events and dates.



Responsibilities

  • Meeting planning and coordination
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with third-party vendors
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents in Google Drive
  • Tracking progress and following up with team members on tasks and projects
  • Gathering and analyzing data from various sources
  • Coordinating and tracking special events and dates for teammates


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with chatbots and virtual assistants
  • Experience working remotely preferred
