Job Description

The Service Technician Specialist role is a critical position within the organization, responsible for providing expert technical support and coordination of technical activities to the service department at a national level, focused on the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver installation, breakdown, and servicing support to customers in New South Wales, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Support Bizerba equipment with interstate travel required to address emergency breakdowns and installations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of customer production requirements, making recommendations on critical parts stocking and servicing needs, thereby optimizing efficiency.
  • Lead the commissioning of complex installations and resolve technical issues through meticulous problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Collaborate closely with the Spare Parts Department to optimize stock levels and ensure timely delivery of essential parts, streamlining logistics processes.
  • Evaluate and thoroughly follow up on all quality issues, guaranteeing compliance with established standards.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience working with Bizerba products, with a strong understanding of associated processes and systems.
  • Developed reliable work ethic and exceptional time management skills, enabling seamless project execution.
  • Proven ability to think critically, possessing methodical problem-solving attributes that foster innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office, facilitating efficient data management and analysis.
