Technical Solutions Analyst Job

Join a cutting-edge team as a Technical Solutions Analyst

This role involves working closely with our senior Solution Architect and internal teams to help shape client solutions that are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with modern IT practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Solution Architect in developing end-to-end technical designs for new and existing customers.
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs), technical documentation, and design briefs.
  • Research and validate hardware, software, and cloud options for proposals.
  • Liaise with internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable.
  • Assist in client meetings with technical discovery and clarification.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to internal solution design libraries.
A Bit About You:
  • 2-4 years in a technical IT role (e.g., Engineer, Technician, etc)
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, infrastructure, or device management
  • Interest in learning about solution architecture and customer design principles
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and core Windows Server services
  • Experience supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Teams)
  • Understanding of networking concepts (subnetting, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint deployment or SOE (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
