Job Title: Windows Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to join our team at FinXL IT Professional Services. As a Windows Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise to our clients across various industries, including Government, Telecommunications, Commercial, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance on Server Refresh streams of work
  • Assist in the refreshing of technology assets to ensure ongoing operational stability
  • Collaborate with operational and applications teams to implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft physical and virtual standard operating environments
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Cloud technologies, including Virtualization and databases
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Server technologies, including Blades/Chassis, Virtualization, and Operating Systems
  • Proven ability to migrate applications from legacy platforms to new platforms
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies, including Platform-as-a-Service and Networking technologies
  • Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and migration of Virtual Machines to secure public cloud service providers
