About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows and Citrix Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Job Description:

As a Windows and Citrix Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's Windows and Citrix infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and DNS infrastructure
  • Implement and configure Citrix environments
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows and Citrix-related issues
  • Develop and implement scripts using Microsoft PowerShell
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Windows and Citrix administration
  • ITIL V3 foundation certification
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
  • Experience with data center operations and IT service management
  • Strong understanding of AD-related tasks and activities
  • Experience with certificate installation and configuration
  • Knowledge of GPO policies and vulnerability management
  • Experience with monitoring and auditing systems
  • Ability to deploy and manage scalable systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ESX Servers, vCenter Server, and vSphere Client
  • Knowledge of advanced features of ESX VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA, and DRS
  • Experience with P2V, V2V migration using VMware Converter
  • Experience with enterprise-level PKI administration
  • Experience with enterprise-level AD sites and service administration
