About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows and Citrix Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Active Directory and DNS, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in domain administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Active Directory-integrated DNS and DHCP solutions.
  • Configure and maintain WSUS and/or SCCM servers.
  • Develop scripted solutions using Microsoft PowerShell.
  • Administer Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 R2 Active Directory domains.
  • Implement and manage group policies and troubleshoot.
  • Improve AD processes and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Experience with at least two cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud).
  • Experience working in both private and public cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • ITIL V3 foundation certification or knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and IT knowledge.
  • Excellence in strategic and analytical problem-solving.
  • Experience in operations/consulting background.
  • Individual performer and team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ESX Servers, vCenter Server, and vSphere Client.
  • Knowledge of advanced features of ESX VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA, and DRS.
  • Experience in P2V, V2V migration using VMware Converter and provisioning VMs from templates and cloning.
  • Experience in enterprise-level PKI administration.
  • Experience in enterprise-level AD sites and service administration/management.
