Education Operations Lead Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Education Operations Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Education Content & Strategy team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.You will be responsible for coordinating complex projects, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining operational workflows to ensure the successful development and delivery of educational content.This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Teams, and project management tools.About the Role:
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet, MS Project or similar tools
  • Support contract creation, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
  • Facilitate logistical activities such as video shoots and asset development
  • Identify and report risks, blockers, and issues
  • Create clear and actionable meeting notes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex projects and manage vendor relationships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, supporting contract creation, and facilitating logistical activities.
