The role of the Learning and Development Executive involves strategic collaboration with the Learning and Development (L&D) and Learning Design teams to create high-quality learning experiences.
This position requires effective management of member learning experiences, capability and content areas to ensure achievement of strategic targets.
Responsibilities also include managing product portfolios, reviewing market trends and member learning needs, and implementing new products and learning innovations in response to these insights.
The Learning and Development team relies on this role to deliver key initiatives and projects, which is a critical component of this position.
- Development of learning products and experiences that meet organizational goals
- Proven experience in product management and leadership
- Strong understanding of industry trends and requirements for business and accounting professionals
- Desirable: Agile project management expertise and/or knowledge of accounting principles
A degree in business, education or accounting along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be highly regarded.
