Education and Learning Experience Coordinator

This pivotal role supports the Education Content & Strategy team to deliver high-quality learning experiences in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate thrives on enabling excellence in education and excels at coordinating internal resources, developing project schedules, and facilitating logistical activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate resource allocation for efficient operations
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet or similar tools
- Support contract creation, purchase order tracking, and invoice management
- Facilitate video shoots and asset development logistics
- Identify and report risks, blockers, and issues to stakeholders
- Prepare clear and actionable meeting notes and documentation
- Proven experience in project coordination within complex environments
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Jira, Teams, and project management tools
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change
- Emotionally intelligent with a collaborative mindset
