As a leader in education, you will be responsible for shaping the learning experience of children. This includes promoting their well-being, development, and growth by fostering values, attitudes, and ways of living and learning.

We are committed to empowering all children and young people to feel safe and thrive in their communities.

  • Develop and implement an education program with the support of Assistant Coordinators or Coordinators
  • Evaluate children's learning and development to inform the design of the educational program
  • Liaise effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support educators' understanding of the educational program and practice
  • Ensure compliance with policies and undertake administrative requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent and have demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education. You must also possess a comprehensive working knowledge of approved learning frameworks and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
