About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Claims Service Consultants and Senior Claims Service Consultants.

As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls. You will provide excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner, maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a national portfolio of motor claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, agents, and other business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment. Insurance knowledge and background would be highly desirable. You will be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You will also have the confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software, with a strong attention to detail and a team player attitude.
