We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our team at Troy Recruitment, specializing in major and complex claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major and complex claims, providing crucial support to senior Adjusters, and ensuring solid service delivery.
Reporting to a highly experienced and supportive leader, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, developing your skills and expertise in loss adjusting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of major and complex claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide support to senior Adjusters, contributing to the success of the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Proven experience in handling major and complex claims, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 5 years + experience in handling major and complex loss claims.
- ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications, or equivalent.
