We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Consultant to join our dynamic team at Launceston General Hospital and Mersey Community Hospital. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, participating in clinical activities, and contributing to the development of our urology services.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing expert urological care to patients, including surgical procedures and consultations
- Participating in clinical activities, such as operating in the main theatre suite and outpatient clinics
- Contributing to the development of our urology services, including quality assurance and teaching
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in Urology/Urological Surgery
- Current Working with Children Registration (where applicable)
- Registration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times
