About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team in Hobart and Launceston. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims and delivering high-quality claims management services to achieve return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues/complaints promptly.
  • Manage claims proactively, identifying and addressing return to work barriers to maximize return to work and health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and specialists to provide coaching and support as required.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business targets and participate in departmental projects.
About You
  • Experience in a claims/customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry or with knowledge of allied health.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to deliver high-quality services and positive customer experiences.
  • Technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing resources and demands.
