Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team at Opal HealthCare, Australia's largest residential aged care provider.

About the Role:- This full-time position is based in Marsden Park, New South Wales, and requires you to be available Monday to Friday.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours, and proactively managing sales enquiries.
- As an Administration Officer, you will build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maximise occupancy, and support the implementation of approved marketing events.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with processing staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing, as well as client services and general enquiries.
