We are seeking a Retail Planning and Operations Specialist to join our team at ASICS, a leading performance-driven company. Located in Marsden Park, this full-time opportunity offers a blend of autonomy and collaboration.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our retail operations through consolidated communication and calendaring key annual activities for our retail network. As a member of our Retail Operations Team, you will work closely with Regional Managers, DTC teams, and other stakeholders to achieve clarity in building executional excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing materials for clear direction on promotional activities and engaging stakeholders on campaigns from planning to execution
  • Maintaining procedure documentation and team communications
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure ongoing two-way dialogue
  • Preparing and analysing data for fact-based decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to retail operations
