Community Care Professional

This role is focused on delivering care that keeps our customers connected to the people, passions and places they have always loved. We pride ourselves on providing individualised care in a community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care to clients, including showering, dressing and toileting
  • Assist with administration of medication
  • Support with domestic duties, meal preparation and other household tasks for safe and hygienic living conditions
  • Provide social support, including transport to shops or appointments
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Australian driver's license and reliable car
  • Certificate III Aged Care (desirable)
  • Current First Aid certification (desirable)
  • Previous experience working in the Community (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, families and service providers
