About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional assessment skills and be able to develop effective plans of care with patients and their loved ones.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care that meets the individual needs of each patient.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clinical assessment and response to changes in patient condition
  • Developing plans of care with patients and their families
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery
  • Compliance with professional standards and organizational policies

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration is mandatory
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care is desirable
  • Strong planning and coordination skills are essential for delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care is required
  • Sound understanding of medication systems is necessary
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role
