About You:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • You possess current AHPRA Registration and the ability to provide statements of service from previous roles
  • You have experience in a clinical leadership role and proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • You understand the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
  • You demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
  • You hold the necessary rights to work in Australia
