Mobilisation Manager

This pivotal role contributes to the expansion of our housing portfolio. As Mobilisation Manager, you will lead operational mobilisation implementation of new housing growth projects, ensuring effective handover and smooth transition into operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing operational mobilisation plans, timelines, and resource schedules
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness
  • Providing proactive project management to meet project milestones and deliverables
  • Acting as the central point of contact for stakeholders during mobilization and facilitating communication and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing timelines, risks, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the social or community housing sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Housing, Social Services, or a related field
  • Formal training in project/program management highly regarded
  • A proven track record in service implementation or operational mobilisation in the housing, social services, or community sectors
